The number of errors is compared by an error numbers comparison circuit 203, and only the data with the better error rate is reproduced, and the data with the worse error rate is applied with interpolation to be used as interpolation data by an interpolation circuit 202, then outputted. Accordingly, an audio signals different with time can be outputted without being mixed.
