Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a long-life actuator mechanism by comprising an armature which is engaged with a clearance with a through hole of a coil bobbin and is formed by a magnetic material with both ends thereof protruding from the through hole, a pair of first poles which attract or repel the one end of armature and a pair of second poles which attract or repel the other end. CONSTITUTION:An actuator mechanism is provided with a coil bobbin 1, a coil 2, a stator 7 consisting of permanent magnets 3, 4, 5, 6 and an armature 8 working as an operator. The coil bobbin 1 has a through hole 9, is wound by the coil 2 at the external circumference and allows provision of a ring shape projecting part 10 within the through hole 9. The armature 8 is a rod type magnetic material having a ring shape projecting part 11 at the side thereof with the projecting part 11 pressurized in contact with the projected area 10 and is engaged with clearance with the through hole 9. In case the magnetization is carried out so that the upper end 12 is polarized to N pole, while the lower end to S pole, the armature 8 revolves counterclockwise about a fulcrum. On the other hand, when the magnetization is carried out in the reverse direction, the armature revolves clockwise. Thereby, an actuator mechanism which realizes long-life operation can be obtained.
