Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit a stable opening and closing of a damper, even if the liquid to be filled in the captioned apparatus contains fibrous substances, by moving downwards a damper opening and closing rod by means of a plate cam and a lever and moving the same upwards by means of springs. CONSTITUTION:A spring 19 is located above a damper opening and closing rod 17 and a spring 20 below the same, as if said rod were enclosed by these springs and a plate cam 42 is fixed to one end of a horizontal cam shaft 41 disposed on the right side of an upper protruding end of the damper opening and closing rod 17. A lever 45 for moving downwards the damper opening and closing rod is rockably supported on a horizontal shaft 44 disposed parallel to a cam shaft 41, one roller 46 of this lever 45 makes contact with the contour surface of the plate cam 42 and the other roller 47 thereof with the upper end face of the damper opening and closing rod 17 and an output shaft 49 of a pulse motor 48 is attached to a flange 43 of the cam shaft 41. When the output shaft 49 is rotated by operating the pulse motor 48, the lever 45 is rockably moved by the plate cam 42, whereby the damper opening and closing rod 17 moves upwards and downwards to open and close a damper 16.
