[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to the improvement of a fastener for documents with removable binding holes, which can be easily attached to or removed from perforated documents, is thin and smart as a whole, and can be held securely. It provides a fastener. A fastener for perforated documents generally uses a metal plate. A fastener using this metal plate consists of an insert made of a U-shaped metal plate and a fixing plate with two holes at both ends that fit into the insert. Since both the insert body and the fixing plate are required, it is difficult to manufacture the device at a low cost. In addition, in the case of fasteners made of metal plates, the fastener part swells, making it difficult to organize when piles of documents are piled up, and it also gets caught on other fasteners, making it difficult to use. .

Furthermore, during use of this fastener, the fixing plate may fall off and the U-shaped leg portion of the insert may protrude, and there is a risk that the leg portion may cut off the tip of the operator's finger.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, a sheet-like fastener made of a single belt-like synthetic resin has been proposed, but in the case of this fastener, the legs protrude diagonally from the main body. On top of that, there is the disadvantage that the legs get caught when inserted into and removed from documents, and they also fall off more easily than bound documents.

The present invention aims to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional perforated document fasteners, and is composed entirely of one synthetic resin sheet, with a main body and both ends of the main body. It consists of an elongated insertion part, and this insertion part is characterized in that an annular part, a groove part of the annular part, and a groove part formed in the main body are continuously formed.

The entire fastener 1 is made of a synthetic resin sheet made of vinyl chloride, nylon, polyester, polyethylene, etc.
The insertion portion 3 is configured to have elasticity. As a means for imparting elasticity to the insertion portion 3, the insertion portion 3 is formed into an annular portion 3a, and this annular portion 3a
A groove 3b is formed therein, and a groove 2a is formed at the end of the main body 2 continuously from the groove 3b. The width B of this groove portion 2a is determined by the insertion portion 3 as shown in FIG.
It is preferable that the width C of the insertion portion 3 be the same as or close to the punch hole of a perforated document when both sides of the insertion portion 3 are pressed with a fingertip.

The height H of the stepped portion 4 between the main body 2 and the insertion portion 3 is
It is determined by the thickness of the documents to be bound, and as shown in FIG. 4, the size is such that the thickness L of the documents P to be bound is sufficiently maintained. That is, when the document P is thick, the dimension H of the stepped portion 4 is made sufficiently large.

Furthermore, by bending the insertion portion 3 in the direction of the main body 2, the back side of the document P can be pressed by the insertion portion 3, and even if the stepped portion 4 is thicker than the thickness of the document P, this can be avoided. It can be corrected and bound elastically and reliably.

As shown in FIG. 3, enlarged portions 2b, 2b are formed in the groove portion 2a provided at the end of the main body 2.
This is to adjust the elastic force of the insertion part 3, and the annular part 3 is adjusted depending on the size and thickness of the fastener.
Since the elastic forces of a are different, the diameters of the enlarged portions 2b and 2c are adjusted to facilitate handling.

Pinch both sides of 2a with your fingertips and press groove 2a as shown in Figure 3.
The width of the insertion part 34 is reduced by pressing so that the walls constituting the two are in contact with each other, and the insertion part 3 is inserted into the hole 10 of the document P and separated, and the other insertion part 3 is inserted into the other hole 10. Insert the document P in the same way, so that the main body 2 side is on the surface of the document P at the stepped part 4, and the insertion part 3 side is on the surface of the document P.

FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing another method of use,
Pinch the center of the fastener 1 and insert the insertion part 3 into the document P.
By inserting it into the hole 10 and simply pressing it, the insertion part 3 automatically shrinks due to the hole 10, and when it passes through the back side of the hole 10, it expands to its original shape and documents can be bound in a predetermined state. It can be done.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which documents P are bound using the fastener 1 according to the present invention, in which the main body 2 is located on the front side of the document P, and the insertion part 3 is located on the back side. The insertion section 3 presses the back side of the document, and the enlarged base of the insertion section 3 prevents the insertion section from falling out of the hole 10.

When separating the bound documents P in the state shown in FIG. 7, the groove 2a provided in the main body 2 as shown in FIG.
It is even better if the insertion portion 3 is reduced by pressing both sides of the insertion portion 3.

The fastener 1 of the present invention is constructed in the form of a synthetic resin sheet as described above, and includes a main body 2, an insertion part 3 extending to both ends of the main body 2, and a key-shaped joint between the main body 2 and the insertion part 3. The insertion portion 3 is formed by a stepped portion 4 that is curved and formed by an annular portion 3a, and as a result, the insertion portion 3 expands elastically.

In addition, since the insertion part 3 is formed into a ring shape with elasticity by the annular part 3a, when the documents P are bound by the Fussner 1, it is easy to bind the documents by engaging the enlarged part of the base of the annular part 3a. The fastener 1 does not come off from the document P during the process, and the documents can be easily organized.
