The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pseudo-stone with a completely new structure, which is formed to have an appearance almost comparable to that of natural stone, in place of natural stone.

た。(Prior art) Most of the so-called pseudo-stones that have been proposed or put into practical use are made by adding aggregate and simple coloring to cement, or adding natural stone powder or granules to them and molding them. This was achieved by forming a finishing layer as appropriate. However, in terms of appearance, most of these conventional stones did not have the texture of natural stone and had an appearance that indicated that they were artificially created.

This is due to the fact that it was not possible to achieve the appearance of natural stone, which has irregular shading due to changes in the pale color of the wind. This is thought to have been caused by problems with the materials, such as, and problems with the surface structure, such as the surface forming layer.

It is a pseudo stone formed by forming a colored layer 2 containing 3, a clay residual part 4 to which cement has been added in some of the surface recesses, and finishing the entire surface with an appropriate polish.

A sample is selected, a generous amount of silicone resin is applied to its surface, and once it has hardened, the silicone resin layer is peeled off to create a silicone mold.

Then, with the silicone mold left on the surface of the hardened plaster, turn it upside down (so that the lower part becomes the open part of the silicone mold) and place it in the center of a box-shaped formwork for pouring concrete. Place concrete within the frame,
Let it harden.

る。 In addition, when pouring plaster into a silicone mold, if you are trying to form a stone with a hollowed out part around the top of the fake stone that should be made like a washbasin, place the inner bottom of the silicone mold (the actual one) with the open part facing up. A sand bag corresponding to the shape and size of the hollowed out part was placed in the top surface of the artificial stone to be made, and plaster was poured in. Once it solidified, the silicone mold was removed and it solidified further. After carefully pulling out the sand bag from the plaster and adjusting the shape of the area,
Apply a thick layer of silicone resin again to the entire surface of the recess made by the sand bag, and leave it in the center of the previous mold while forming the second silicone mold on the surface of the plaster where the recess was formed. , pouring and curing concrete. Therefore, when making a stone with a hollow part on the top side, instead of the silicon mold described above,
After that, the second silicon type will take its place.

A silicone mold (or second silicone mold) whose periphery is hardened with concrete appears, and the silicone mold (or second silicone mold) can be easily removed from the hardened concrete by utilizing its elasticity.

The outer periphery of the silicone molds is then supported by the concrete outer formwork, and a paste made of cement and crushed pumice is poured in. After a prescribed curing period is allowed to harden, the concrete outer formwork is removed, and the silicone mold is then peeled off utilizing its elasticity, resulting in a solid 1 which has a shape that very faithfully reproduces the uneven surface of the sample natural stone on the entire surface except for the parts that correspond to the open parts of the silicone mold.

Alternatively, do not use a partition plate and remove the silicone mold after the concrete has hardened before carefully cutting and dividing.

When a liquid material made by mixing and stirring carbon particles (carbon powder) with an appropriately selected coloring agent (including a simple solvent) is evenly coated, the liquid material will form a water-repellent coating layer. It is repelled from around the convex portions and is applied mainly to the concave portions of the surface of the solid 1, forming a colored layer 2 containing carbon particles 3 thereon.

In the case of this method, the coating layer melts around the convex portions where the water-repellent coating layer is formed, and the adhesion of black smoke (carbon particles) is also prevented, and solids on which the coating layer is not formed. A colored layer 2 containing carbon particles 3 due to black smoke is formed mainly in the concave portions of 1, and in combination with the melted water-repellent coating layer, a color effect with a very halo-like light and shade is created. .

完成することが出来るものである。(Function and effect) The artificial stone of this invention, which has the above-mentioned structure, employs carbon particles in the colored layer formed mainly in the concave portions of the solid surface, which combines with the soft texture of the crushed pumice on the solid surface. As a result, we were able to create a structure that reliably brings out the deep, pale halo effect unique to natural stones, so even though they are pseudo-stones, they are mostly natural stones, especially certain types of river stones, Teppei stones, and Chokai stones. It has an appearance that is indistinguishable from natural volcanic stones such as volcanic rock and Mega stone (both produced near the border of Yamagata and Akita prefectures), and some of the colored layers contain residual clay as an upper layer. The combination of layers has been devised to emphasize a more natural feel, creating the appearance of a precious natural stone that looks as if it has been left somewhere for many years. This makes it possible to successfully create a ``fake stone that does not look like a fake stone'', which has never been possible with this type of fake stone up until now.

The blurring effect becomes even more noticeable, which is extremely advantageous in terms of product value.
