  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 魚礁浮揚用のフロート１と、フロート１によつ
    て水中の表層部および中層部にそれぞれ保持され
    る表層魚礁４および中層魚礁５と、これら魚礁４
    ，５の下方にそれぞれ設けられた魚群蝟集用の表
    層発光装置２および中層発光装置３と、中層発光
    装置３に吊下げ状に設けられたシンカー３７とを
    具備し、 フロート１は、上部が小さい水線面積を有しか
    つ下部が大きい浮力を有するカラム・フーテイン
    グ形状をなし、 表層発光装置２および中層発光装置３はそれぞ
    れ、潮流によつて回転するスリツト２５，３５入
    り翼車スクリーン２２，３２と、同スクリーン２
    ２，３２の中心部にそれぞれ配置された発光体２
    ３，３３とより構成されている、 翼車スクリーンを備えた浮魚礁。
