部における鋭角部を１箇所および３箇所構成した
ときのフランジ部の断面図、第５図は従来の流体
管を射出成形により一体的に成形したものの断面
図、同じく第６図は従来のブロー成形により一体
的に成形させたものの外観図である。 流体管……１、フランジ部……２、突起部……

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 樹脂材により構成される流体管と、該流体
    管の軸線の半径方向に突出するフランジ部とを有
    する樹脂製フランジ付流体管において、前記流体
    管の先端部に鋭角部を複数個形成し、ブロー成形
    により前記流体管を成形し、その後射出成形によ
    り前記鋭角部にフランジ部を前記流体管と一体に
    構成させることを特徴とした樹脂製フランジ付流
    体管。 (2) 前記流体管成形に際し、流体管の先端部に
    至る部分に流体管の軸線の円周方向に突起部を設
    けたことを特徴とする実用新案請求の範囲第１項
    に記載の樹脂製フランジ付流体管。 (3) 前記流体管およびフランジ部の一体構成す
    る際、前記フランジ部成形の温度設定を流体管を
    形成する樹脂材の溶融点以上に設定することを特
    徴とする実用新案請求の範囲第１項に記載の樹脂
    製フランジ付流体管。
