Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 熱を放散しその放熱量の変化を検出する加熱
型温度センサと、周囲温度を検出する補正用温度
センサとを設けた熱式液面検出器において、前記
加熱型温度センサは側面に孔部を有するパイプ状
部材中に挿入したことを特徴とする熱式液面検出
器。 ２ 前記孔部は前記パイプ状部材の根元部に設け
るようにした特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の熱式
液面検出器。 ３ 前記パイプ状部材は根元部を大径にした実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の熱式液面検出
器。 ４ 前記加熱型温度センサは傍熱型温度センサと
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の熱式
液面検出器。 ５ 前記加熱型温度センサは自己加熱型温度セン
サとした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
熱式液面検出器。
