With conventional packaging equipment, the combustion tube is not moved laterally from its installed position within the main body, but rather, the installation position and the center of the combustion tube are aligned, the cylinder is lifted slightly upwards, and the bottom of the combustion tube is first filled with foam, etc. A protective material made of an elastic material is inserted, and a combustion cylinder is placed on top of it. Thereafter, the combustion tube is surrounded by a packaging material made of cardboard or the like, and the packaging material is fixed between the lower protective material and the ceiling of the main body, or the method disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-46305 A method was adopted in which a cylindrical packaging member was inserted and fixed between the top plate and the upper part of the combustion cylinder.

In such conventional fixing methods, when the combustion tube is assembled into the main body and packaged, separate packaging members or protective materials are attached to the upper and lower parts of the cylinder and fixed in relation to the surrounding components inside the main body. This requires a large number of man-hours, and also requires positional adjustment, making it impossible to carry out packaging operations easily and quickly. On the other hand, there was also the problem that it was difficult to unpack due to the complicated packaging.

Furthermore, in conventional packaging equipment, as mentioned above,
Since the combustion tube is fixed at the center of the installation position, sufficient space is required around and above the combustion tube to accommodate packaging members and the like. Therefore, for example, in the case of a stove with a structure in which components are specially arranged near the combustion tube at the rear of the main body, or a stove with a compact structure where the space between the surrounding area of the main body and the combustion tube as a whole is small, this is sufficient. If you don't have enough packaging space or
Even if they were packaged, there was a risk that they would collide with each other due to vibration during transportation, causing damage.
In particular, for example, in a stove that is equipped with a thermoelectric unit equipped with a thermoelectric element that serves as a driving power source for an indoor air circulation fan as a component placed at the rear of the main body, a structure in which the thermoelectric element is closely opposed to the upper end of the combustion cylinder is used. Moreover, with conventional packaging methods, there is a high risk of destroying thermoelectric elements during transportation, and improvements are expected.

In a stove using such a reflector, combustion heat is transferred to the front guard 3 and the upper plate 4 on the front side of the stove, resulting in a high temperature. In particular, since hot air and combustion gas are discharged upward through the exhaust port 4a of the upper plate 4, the temperature rises strongly. ignites,
There is a risk of fire. In order to prevent this as much as possible, the stove of this embodiment has a top guard 10 formed by bending a single wire on the top surface of the top plate 4, as shown in FIGS. is arranged, and by the rising part of the guard 10,
It is designed so that an object that falls onto the upper plate 4 will not come into direct contact with the upper plate 4. Therefore, even if flammable items such as clothing fall onto the upper tray 4, because the upper surface guard 10 is present, it will form a tent-like shape between the guard 10 and the outer periphery of the upper surface of the main body, prolonging the time until it ignites. It also has the effect of preventing ignition.

This upper surface guard 10, as shown in FIG. 4a,
When it is attached to the upper plate 4, it has an open shape as shown by the solid line, but when it is removed and is free, it has a shape that is slightly closed inward as shown by the chain line. Therefore, to attach the guard 10 to the upper plate, first insert the rear end 10a of the guard 10 into the rear exhaust port 4a, and then open the hook-shaped front ends 10b to the left and right against the spring force of the wire. The top guard 10 is securely installed on the top plate 4 without wobbling due to the biasing action of the wire spring in the installed state.
Furthermore, it can be removed when transporting the stove, reducing the packaging size (height).

As shown in FIG. 2, the front guard 3 has a general structure, in which one end of each of a number of guard rods 3a that cover the opening and extend parallel to each other horizontally is fixed to a support rod 3b that constitutes a hinge. Both ends of the rod 3b are pivotally supported by the main body 1, and the other end of the rod 3a can be opened and closed. However, in addition to the guard 3 of this embodiment, various methods of supporting the guard are known, such as a structure in which the front guard is entirely removed from the main body 1 instead of a hinge structure.

In the configuration of the packaging device shown in this embodiment, the storage section is box-shaped, but instead of this, it may be configured with a band of a constant width that supports the periphery of the combustion tube. Further, since the hooking portion may have any structure as long as it can be hooked on the front guard, various shapes other than the flap shape shown in the embodiment can be considered. Further, although it is desirable that the hooking part be constructed integrally with the storage part, it is also possible to construct the hooking part as separate members and to fix them together later.
