る。 When transporting cargo by a roller conveyor, abnormalities such as stopping the progress of the cargo, reducing the speed of progress, or causing congestion of cargo due to foreign objects falling into the transport path, protruding, or getting stuck between the rollers. When an abnormal situation occurs, normally the roller conveyor is stopped or the foreign object is removed from the conveyance path by visually observing the occurrence of the abnormal situation, but in a so-called unmanned state where there are no workers on the work site. If the cargo is below the ground, the occurrence of an abnormal situation may not be noticed at all, making cargo handling extremely difficult or impossible, and there is also the risk of damage to the cargo itself or nearby property due to the cargo falling. In recent years, various detection devices have been installed along cargo transport routes to detect the occurrence of abnormal situations. On the contrary, this may lead to a rise in facility costs and an increase in the failure rate, resulting in an unreasonable economic burden. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to ensuring safety during work, etc. The current situation is that many people face conflicts of interest. Therefore, this idea is to set an loose part on a part of the rollers that form the roller conveyor when transporting cargo by a roller conveyor, and to quickly detect abnormal situations using the loose part with a simple detector. The present invention aims to provide an abnormality detection device during cargo transportation that can substantially prevent abnormal situations.

等の実益を有するものである。 Since this device has the above-mentioned configuration, in the first embodiment, when the cargo W is transported with the upper surfaces of the main roller 4 and the detection roller Q 1 directed in the direction of the arrow a, there is no particular problem during the transport. In some cases, the main roller 4 and the detection roller Q1 rotate at the same rotational speed and no abnormality is observed in the detector P1 , but a foreign object may fall onto the roller in the direction of arrow a or a foreign object may fall onto the roller from below. When the cargo W cannot move in the direction of the arrow a or its traveling speed decreases due to protrusion or cargo congestion, the main roller 4 rotates without slipping between the main roller 4 and the cargo W, but the detection roller Q 1 stops rotating, or
Alternatively, although the main roller 4 rotates along the outer periphery of the bulge e, the rotation speed decreases, so the detector
P 1 senses this situation and, for example, detects and notifies the abnormal situation by blinking the pilot lamp or sounding the buzzer due to a change in the pulse signal, and also stops the chain C via relays, connecting rods, etc. The driving of s 1 , s 2 , etc. is stopped, and the operation of rollers r 1 , r 2 , etc. is stopped. In this way, the occurrence of an abnormal situation during the transportation of cargo W can be quickly sensed and detected, and
By stopping the drive of the roller conveyor, it is possible to prevent accidents caused by abnormal situations, and the main roller and detection roller are placed on the same support shaft with a small gap between them.
This detection roller Q 1 is rotatably supported through i 1
Since the fastening piece J 1 attached to the side faces the detector P 1 , the structure of the entire mechanism is extremely simple, so it can be manufactured robustly and inexpensively, and there is no risk of failure, and it can be used at all times. Not only can it detect and detect the occurrence of abnormal situations during cargo transportation to ensure safety during work, but it is also economical for users as it avoids rising facility costs, and it is also easy to inspect, clean, and repair. It has practical benefits such as being able to easily carry out such operations and being convenient in terms of maintenance and management.
