CONSTITUTION: This organic photoconductive material consists of a conductive base body, a charge generating layer containing X-poly or metal-free α-poly phthalocyanine, and a charge transfer layer containing a compd. expressed by formula I. In formula I, X, Z are independently phenyl groups or naphthyl groups, Y is an alkyl group, phenyl group or naphthyl group, and X to Z may have one or more non-ionic substituents if necessary. Thereby, a high- performance org. photoconductive(OPC) device can be obtd.
