(Prior Art) Since skiing is a sport that involves sliding down steep slopes with many ups and downs, it is easy to fall, and there is a risk of injury to the lower part of the knee. Therefore, in order to protect the lower part of the knees, the knees and shins of ski pants are preferably constructed with pads 40 as shown in FIG. 5.

By the way, in the conventional pad 30, as shown in FIG. 6, a cushion material 32 made of soft polyurethane foam is sandwiched between a surface material 34 and a back material 36 made of cloth material with good elasticity, and as shown in FIG. It was sewn into one piece, and was used by being attached to the knees and shins of ski pants by sewing, as shown in Figure 5. In addition, 38 in FIG. 7 is a sewing thread.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, since the conventional pad 30 has a two-dimensional shape (planar shape) as shown in Fig. 7, ski pants that use this pad as a constituent material for the knee and shin parts. It was easy to bend at the pad part, and it got stuck around the foot when putting on and taking off, making it difficult to put on and take off.
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, in the lower part of the ski pants covering the upper part of the shoe, the pad 30 was bent like 42 at the upper end of the shoe, making it unsightly.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The product of the present invention that solves the above-mentioned problems includes a backing material with sweat absorbing properties, a cushioning material with heat retention and cushioning properties, a surface material with waterproofing and water repellency, and a material for dispersing impact force. The face materials are stacked in this order, and the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is formed into an arc-shaped solid body by simultaneous adhesive molding. This will be explained in detail below.

The cushion material 16 is made of a flexible synthetic resin foam sheet having heat retaining and cushioning properties such as a soft polyurethane foam sheet, a soft vinyl chloride foam sheet, and a foamed polyolefin sheet, and it is particularly preferable to use a soft polyurethane foam sheet. This cushion material 16 has the function of keeping the lower part of the knee warm and mitigating the impact when falling.

The impact force dispersing surface material 20 is preferably made of a sheet of rigid plastic such as soft plastic, and is preferably partially provided on the surface material 18 so as not to interfere with the deformation of the pad required when using ski pants. For example, it may be provided only at the knee, or separately as shown in the figure. This impact force dispersion surface material 20 disperses the impact force at the time of a fall over the entire surface material 20, and prevents a large force from being transmitted locally.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of manufacturing a pad according to the present invention, and 16a is a cushion made of a sheet-like flexible polyurethane foam coated with or impregnated with an isocyanate-rich prepolymer by spraying or roll coating. Materials 14a and 18a are a back material and a surface material 20a formed by coating or impregnating the surfaces in contact with the cushion material 16a and the impact force dispersion surface material 20 with an aqueous solution containing a prepolymer curing catalyst, such as triethylene diamine.

(Function/Effect) In the pad for ski pants according to the present invention, the back material, cushion material, surface material, and impact force dispersion material are stacked in this order, and the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction has an arc shape, that is, the shape of the human body. It is molded simultaneously and integrally into a shape that surrounds the knees and shins. Therefore, when the pads are attached to the knees and shins of ski pants by sewing, etc., the knees and shins have a pad shape, that is, an arc shape that surrounds the user's knees and shins, so they are prone to bending when putting on and taking them off. This makes it easier to put on and take off. Also, in the part that covers the ski boots,
It does not bend as shown in Figure 8 and does not become unsightly. Furthermore, the pad according to the present invention is
Since the pads for ski pants have excellent sweat absorption, heat retention, and shock absorption properties required for pads for ski pants, it is possible to ski comfortably and safely.
