けるカム組織を示す説明図、第６図は比較のため
に製作したカムシヤフトの耐久試験後のカム断面
の金属組織を示す顕微鏡写真、第７図はこの考案
の実施例において製作したカムシヤフトの耐久試
験後のカム断面の金属組織を示す顕微鏡写真であ

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シヤフトにカムをそなえたカムシヤフトにおい
    て、前記カムの相手材との摺動表面に、当該表面
    およびその直下０．１mm深さまでの部分に粗大焼
    戻しパーライトのない再溶融チル組織をもつ硬化
    層を有することを特徴とするカムシヤフト。
