- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ポンプケーシング、インペラーと一体型のロー
ターおよびリアーケーシングとから主としてなる
無漏洩ポンプにおいて、 これらローター、ポンプケーシングおよびリア
ーケーシングをセラミツクスによつて形成すると
ともに、 前記ローターをリアーケーシングの内で回転自
在に支持し、これらローターとリアーケーシング
との摺接部分のいずれか一方の側に動圧グルーブ
を形成したことを特徴とするセラミツクス質無漏
洩ポンプ。
