Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ニードル杆の先端のニードル部と弁本体内の
弁座とを離接させ、ニードル部先端から流入する
超高圧流体の圧力を減圧する超高圧減圧弁におい
て、ニードル杆の先端に形成された円錐状周面を
有するニードル部の先端に平行軸部を連設し、こ
の平行軸部の周面に複数条の溝を周方向に形成し
たラビリンス部を設け、前記ニードル部の円錐状
周面を弁座に離接自在としてなり、超高圧流体が
前記ラビリンス部の周面を通る間に圧力損失を生
じさせ、ニードル部と弁座との間を通る圧力を減
衰させるようにしたことを特徴とする超高圧減圧
弁。 ２ 前記ニードル部および弁座の全部または一部
がフアインセラミツクで構成されている実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の超高圧減圧弁。
