Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for conducting a post-affinitizing treatment after a burning treatment and to reduce a treating time without deteriorating a plate wear etc., by pretreating with a treatment liquid containing a fluorine surfactant prior to a burning treatment. CONSTITUTION:A treatment liquid is prepared by a adding fluorine surfactant to a water serving as a chief material. When a water-soluble inorganic salt and a water-soluble organic substance are added to the treatment liquid, a good effect can be exhibited with a smaller quantity of the fluorine surfactant in comparison with the fluorine surfactant used singly. In the case of pretreating a photosensitive lithographic plate using the treatment liquid, for example, the treatment liquid is applied to the photosensitive lithographic plate to be treated, thereafter being dried. After the pretreatment with the treatment liquid, a burning treatment is carried out in such a manner that the plate is heated at a temperature ranging 200-300 deg.C for the order of 3-20minutes in a burning oven etc. The treatment liquid has good leveling properties, sufficiently infiltrates also into a shadow part, and generates no stain after burning, moreover having no possibility of crossing by coating on an image part and skipping due to crystallization.
