Claims (1)
- ポンプヘツドの流体側ハウジング内に設けたイ
ンペラーを、機体の大気側ハウジング内からベア
リングを介して挿通された回転軸の先端部に連結
して回転駆動させ、かつ前記流体側ハウジングと
大気側ハウジングとの間の回転軸の軸周にメカニ
カルシール部材を配設し軸封してなるとともに、
前記大気側ハウジングの上下両部に蒸気孔及びド
レン孔を設けたウオーターポンプにおいて、前記
大気側ハウジングの下部に位置するドレン孔に、
メカニカルシール部材から漏洩する蒸気が冷却し
て水滴となつて一定量以上に溜まつた水の排水調
整を兼ねた異物介入防止弁を設けたことを特徴と
するウオーターポンプ。
