Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a heat insulating material with low density and excellent heat insulating performance by mixing crude MDI and prepolymer of benzilic ether phenol in organic isocyanate component in a hard polyurethane foam heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION: In a hard polyurethane foam heat insulating material obtained by using polyol, organic isocyanate, catalyst, a foam adjusting agent and a foaming agent, crude MDI and prepolymer of benzilic ether phenol are included in an organic isocyanate component. The crude MDI is bonded to the benzilic ether phenol and TDI is bonded to polyether polyol or polyester polyol to obtain a heat insulating material with low density and excellent heat insulating performance.
