Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A displacement sensor 7 measures displacement from the ideal surface of the sheet material 1. This measurement is performed at specific intervals in the specific direction of the sheet material 1. An arithmetic part 12A finds the length of the track formed by connecting the displacement points of measurement points with straight lines by line integration. The flatness is evaluated from the ratio of the length of the track and the distance obtained by connecting the respective measurement points on the ideal surface of the sheet material.
