図である。 図中、２１は吸引ノズル、２２は真空ポンプ、
２３は輸送配管、２７は制御装置、３１は電動サ
ーボバルブである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 荷を吸引する吸引ノズルを輸送配管を介して真
    空ポンプに接続した空気輸送機において、上記吸
    引ノズルに取付けられ、輸送配管に副次空気を導
    入するバルブと、輸送配管に設けられ、該輸送配
    管の吸引圧力を検知する圧力発信器と、該圧力発
    信器からの信号により上記バルブからの副次空気
    の導入量を制御する制御装置とを備えたことを特
    徴とする空気輸送機における吸引圧力の自動調整
    装置。
