- 外周に沿つてコイル収納溝を有する円筒状のヨ
ークと、該ヨークのコイル収納溝内全面に形成さ
れた耐熱性の絶縁塗料からなる絶縁薄膜と、該絶
縁薄膜が形成された前記コイル収納溝に巻回され
たコイルとを具備してなる電磁石。
