Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Atmosphere sealers 8, 9 of a contact type are respectively provided in an inlet 3 and an outlet 4 of a furnace body 2. The inside of the furnace body 2 is partitioned by a partition wall 5 to a heating chamber 6 and a cooling chamber 7.
