Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent overvoltage of two sound phases upon occurrence of one- line ground, by carrying out three-phase integral control based on an average value of two sound phases. CONSTITUTION:Three phase voltages are detected through PT and inputted through voltage detectors 5-1, 5-2, 5-3. When there is no ground fault, these voltages are averaged through an adder 6-1 and a 1/3 circuit 7 then outputted through a switch 14 to a firing angle determining circuit 10. Upon occurrence of one-line ground fault, it is detected through ground fault detecting circuits 12-1, 12-2, 12-3 and an average voltage of two sound phases is obtained through a sound two-phase voltage detecting circuit 13, while at the same time the switch 14 is switched to the side of sound two-phase voltage detecting circuit 13. Consequently, average voltage of two sound phases is outputted to a phase control circuit 11.
