- 空冷式ガスレーザ管と、この空冷式ガスレーザ
管を駆動する電源部とを含むガスレーザ装置にお
いて、上記電源部が前記空冷式ガスレーザ管の放
熱用フアンを駆動する定電圧電源を具備すること
を特徴とする空冷式ガスレーザ装置。
