Claims (1)
- レーザ光を発生させるレーザ発振器と、このレ
ーザ発振器が発生したレーザ光を伝送する光フア
イバと、この光フアイバが伝送したレーザ光を集
光させる出射光学部と、この出射光学部が集光す
るレーザ光のビームの周辺部を遮蔽する中心に円
孔を有するマスクと、前記マスクを前記出射光学
部に固定する固定手段とを有することを特徴とす
るレーザ出射光学装置。
