第１図は本考案を組入れた機械の側面図、第２
図はブランクから折曲げられ、側部継目を封着さ
れた扁平状態の四面カートンの平面図、第３およ
び４図は本考案の移送装置の２つの作動工程を示
す概略図、第５図は第１図の機械の平面図、第６
図は第５図の線６―６の平面に沿つてみた部分側
面図である。 １０：カートン形成、充填および封着機械、２
０：装填機構、２２：マンドレル、２４：割出し
タレツト、３０：取外しユニツト、３２：固定レ
ール、３４：コンベヤ、４０：押し器、７４：第
１割出しカム機構、７６：カムまたはクランク、
７８：カム、８０：第２割出しカム機構、８２：
モータ、８６：駆動軸、８８，９０：被動軸、９
４，９６：チエーン（連結機構）。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カートンを移送するための移送装置において、
    モータ８２と、該モータによつて駆動される駆動
    軸８６と、複数の等間隔に配置されたマンドレル
    ２２を備えたタレツト２４と、該タレツトを所定
    の割合で割出すために前記タレツトと駆動軸との
    間に連結された第１割出し機構７４と、該タレツ
    トの下方に配設された固定レール３２と、マンド
    レルから１個１個カートンを取外し、順次に前記
    固定レール上に載せるために前記駆動軸によつて
    駆動される取外し機構３０と、該カートンを該固
    定レールから受取つて搬送するために該固定レー
    ルに近接して配置されたコンベヤ３４と、該コン
    ベヤをタレツトの割出し度数の１／２の度数で割
    出すために前記タレツトと駆動軸との間に連結さ
    れた第２割出し機構８０と、コンベヤの休止中に
    １個のカートンを前記固定レールに沿つてコンベ
    ヤ上へ移動させ、コンベヤの割出しサイクル中に
    次の後続の１個のカートンを固定レールに沿つて
    コンベヤ上へ移動させ、この操作を操返すことに
    よつて個々のカートンを順次にコンベヤ上へ移動
    させるために該固定レールに沿つて往復動しうる
    ように配設され、前記駆動軸によつて駆動される
    押し器４０とから成る移送装置。
