Claims (1)
- 異種金属からなるヒータをそれぞれ複数枚積層
し、両端にそれぞれ端子を接合し、このヒータの
中間部を層間絶縁紙を介在させて折り重ねて形成
したバイメタル加熱部と、このバイメタル加熱部
とバイメタルを密着させて成る過負荷継電器の熱
動素子。
