- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発熱体層に対して電極が配設された面状発熱体
において、電極１２Ａ，１２Ｂが、 (a) 一面に配設されたニツケル層１２ａ３，１
２ｂ３と、 (b) ニツケル層１２ａ３，１２ｂ３上に配設さ
れており、発熱体層１１に対して接合された亜鉛
層１２ａ４，１２ｂ４と を包有してなる銅箔１２ａ１，１２ｂ１によつ
て形成されていることを特徴とする面状発熱体。
