Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent curving and to make it possible to form a ceramic superconductive material into a thin sheet by laminating and adhering two green sheets for a superconductive material produced by a doctor blade method so that the carrier film sides of the green sheets are positioned outward. CONSTITUTION:A slurry contg., e.g., Y2O3, BaCO3 and CuO is discharged from a stocker 1 onto a carrier film 3 and introduced into a drying furnace 4 after the thickness is regulated to, e.g., about 0.5mm with a blade 2. In the furnace 4, the solvent in the slurry is removed by drying to obtain a green sheet 5 for a superconductive material. Two such green sheets 5, 5 are sent to work rolls 10 so as to position the carrier film sides 6 outward and the rear sides s7 inward. A green sheet for alumina may be held between the sheets 5, 5. The sheets 5, 5 are laminated and adhered by rolling with the rolls 10 and then sintered.
