図面は、本考案に係る作業用走行車の作業部昇
降速度制御装置の実施例を示したものであつて、
第１図は農用トラクタの側面図、第２図は制御シ
ステムのブロツク回路図、第３図は同上フローチ
ヤート図、第４図は同上タイミングチヤート図、
第５図は中立状態を示す油圧回路図、第６図は上
昇状態を示す油圧回路図、第７図は高速下降状態
を示す油圧回路図、第８図は低速下降状態を示す
油圧回路図、第９図は従来例を示す油圧回路図で
ある。 図中、１は走行機体、３は作業部、４はリフト
アーム、５はリフトアームシリンダ、１０は流量
制御用ソレノイドバルブ、１１は上昇用ソレノイ
ドバルブ、１２は下降用ソレノイドバルブ、１３
はアンロードバルブ、１４は下降用ポペツトバル
ブ、１６ａ，１７ａはオリフイスである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 作業部昇降用のリフトアームシリンダに対
    する油圧回路中に、リフトアームシリンダから油
    タンクに至る戻し油路中に配した下降用ポペツト
    バルブに対する背圧油路の開閉切換えを行う下降
    用ソレノイドバルブと、該下降用ソレノイドバル
    ブから油タンクに至る戻り油路にバルブ出口側が
    接続され、油圧ポンプからリフトアームシリンダ
    への送出し油路にバルブ入口側が接続された流量
    制御用ソレノイドバルブとを設け、前記作業部が
    目標高さに近いときに流量制御用ソレノイドバル
    ブを開状態へ切換えることで、油圧ポンプからの
    圧油の一部を流量制御用ソレノイドバルブを経由
    して油タンクに戻すことで昇降速度の減速制御を
    行うように構成したことを特徴とする作業用走行
    車の作業部昇降速度制御装置。 (2) 前記流量制御用ソレノイドバルブの出口側
    油路は第一オリフイスを設けて構成されている一
    方、下降用ソレノイドバルブから油タンクへの戻
    り油路は、出口側油路の接続部よりも油タンク側
    に上記第一オリフイスよりもオリフイス径が大き
    い第二オリフイスを設けて構成されていることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    作業用走行車の作業部昇降速度制御装置。
