Claims (1)
- 化合物半導体の基板と、基板の表面に拡散によ
つて設けられた発光領域と、発光領域の略中央部
を覆う巾の挾い帯状部を有し基板の表面に絶縁膜
を介して設けられた発光領域とオーミツク接触さ
れている個別電極とを具備し、前記発光領域の端
縁のうち前記個別電極の帯状部と交叉する部分は
帯状部の巾より長い縁を形成するよう折曲つてい
る事を特徴とする光プリンタ用発光ダイオードア
レイ。
