Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve a simplification of the structure and a facilitation of the assembling by a method wherein a protrusion is formed on one end face of a shaft tube and a recess part on the other end face to get the protrusion fitted thereinto while adjacent blade pieces are so arranged to let them link to each other for preventing the breakage of a beater member. CONSTITUTION: With the rotation of a core tube 3, a beater member 9 rotates. In this process, even if a resistance differently acts on each of beater unit bodies 10, the beater unit bodies rotate together as the adjacent blade pieces 12 are interlinked by a link member 32. Therefore, a torsion moment and a shearing stress reduce working on a protrusion 13 fitted into a recess part 14 formed in the shaft tube 11 to make the beater unit bodies 10 hard to break. As the link means 32 is so arranged to get the blade pieces 12 welded together with half sides of two grasping plates 33 protruding at one end thereof, the structure is simple and the assembling and the removal of each beater unit body 10 is easy. The number of the protrusions 13 formed in the shaft tube 11 may be two or more, not limited to one and the shape thereof may be a square shaft. In this case, the recess part 14 is also formed corresponding to the number and the shape of the protrusion 13.
