CONSTITUTION:A powder mixture prepd. by mixing powder consisting primarily of at least two kinds of element including Y selected from a group (A1) of elements consisting of Y, Er, Sc, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Tm, Yb and Lu, with powder consisting primarily of at least two kinds of element including Ba selected from a group (A2) of elements consisting of Ba, Ca, and Sr, and powder consisting primarily of at least one kind of element selected from a group (A3) of elements consisting of Cu, Zn, Ni, Co, Fe, Pd, Ag, and Cd, is calcined at below a final calcination temp., then the calcined product is pulverized, and the pulverized product is granulated, and the granulated product is compression-molded, then the molded product is calcined finally at 950-1,200 deg.C in oxidizing atmosphere.
