Abstract

The video signal at the prescribed level outputted from a generating circuit 5 is inserted by an inserting circuit 2 into the section to be deleted by the deleting circuit 1 of the video signal. In such a way, the video signal at the prescribed level is superimposed to a vertical retrace section.
