Claims (1)
- 中央の放電路孔と、該放電路孔の外周に設けら
れた複数個のガスリターンパス孔とを備え、炭素
材料で形成された放電路細管単位体が上記放電路
孔の心軸にそつて所望個数直列に配列され、かつ
、所定の間隔を隔てて絶縁されて配置されること
によつて放電路細管を形成しているイオンレーザ
管において、前記放電路細管単位体の放電路孔の
少くとも陽極側の一部に耐熱性金属管がろう付け
されていることを特徴とするイオンレーザ管。
