Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) テープに保持された多数のチツプ部品をテ
ープ供給部からチツプマウンタのチツプ部品取出
部に供給するチツプ部品供給装置であつて、第1
、第2および第3のアーム部を有する作動レバー
と、前記作動レバーの前記第1のアーム部に作動
力を与える駆動源と、前記作動レバーの前記第2
のアーム部に連動連結され、テープを所定のピツ
チ毎に間欠送りするテープ送り手段と、前記作動
レバーの前記第3のアーム部に連動連結され、前
記テープ送り手段により間欠送りされたテープか
ら保護テープを引き剥がす保護テープ引き剥がし
手段と、前記保護テープを引き剥がされたテープ
からチツプ部品を取り出すチツプ取出手段とを備
え、前記駆動源および前記チツプ取出手段はそれ
ぞれチツプマウンタ自体の駆動源およびチツプ取
出手段であり、チツプマウンタの作動に連動して
前記作動レバーが作動されることを特徴とするチ
ツプマウンタのチツプ部品供給装置。 (2) 前記テープ送り手段は、前記作動レバーの
前記第2のアーム部に連動連結されたテープ送り
爪よりなり、このテープ送り爪の一部は、前記保
護テープを引き剥がされたテープのチツプ部品保
持部からチツプ部品が飛び出すのを阻止するよう
チツプ部品保持部を覆うシヤツタ部材と当接し、
該シヤツタ部材をばねの付勢力に抗してチツプ部
品保持方向に付勢することを特徴とする実用新案

ツプ部品供給装置。 (3) 前記保護テープ引き剥がし手段は、前記作
動レバーの前記第3のアーム部に作動連結された
作動爪と、この作動爪と係合して一方向にのみ間
欠的に回動されるラチエツトホイールと、このラ
チエツトホイールに連結され、該ラチエツトホイ
ールの間欠回動に連動して、前記テープから前記
保護テープを所定長さ毎に引き剥がして巻き取る
保護テープ巻取リールとからなることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のチツプマ
ウンタのチツプ部品供給装置。 (4) 前記テープ送り手段で間欠送りされるテー
プは、その送り方向の上面側の固定案内手段と、
その下面側の可動案内手段とによつて上下両面を
挾まれて案内され、前記可動案内手段はテープの
厚さに応じてテープ送り方向に撓む弾性手段によ
り支持されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項記載のチツプマウンタのチツプ
部品供給装置。 (5) 前記弾性手段はテープ送り方向に傾斜して
配設された一対のばねよりなり、各板ばねの上端
はテープの下面に接触するガイドブロツクの各端
部に連結され、下端は調整ブロツクの各端部に連
結されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第4項記載のチツプマウンタのチツプ部品
供給装置。 (6) 前記一対の板ばねと前記ガイドブロツクお
よび調整ブロツクは平行四辺形を形成しているこ
