Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in mold staining resistance and amine resistance, by mixing a vinyl chloride resin with a barium carboxylate/zinc carboxylate stabilizer system, a metal perchlorate and/or a perchlorate ion hydrotalcite compound. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin (A) is mixed with 0.1-10pts.wt. stabilizer system (B) of an m.p. >=250 deg.C, comprising a barium carboxylate (e.g., barium oxalate) and a zinc carboxylate (e.g., zinc oxalate) at a Ba to Zn weight ratio of 1:5-5:1, 0.1-10pts.wt. metal perchlorate (e.g., NaClO4) and/or perchlorate ion hydrotalcite compound (C) of the formula (wherein 0<x<=0.5 and m is a positive integer).
