Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A hose member 6 is situated along the inner periphery of a casing 1, the one end of a carrier 7 is secured on a rotary shaft 3, a roller member 8 is mounted to the other end of the carrier 7, and the roller member 8 is brought into contact with the peripheral surface of the hose member 6. In this constitution, the rotary shaft 3 can be rotated in a state to expand and contract the hose member 6 by feeding and discharging fluid to and from the hose member 6. This constitution, since a seal spot is only the hose member 6, enables prevention of leak of fluid to the outside.
