内前記試料に接触する部分を炭化珪素の緻密体に
より構成するとともに、この炭化珪素質押圧治具
の他の押圧治具を炭化珪素より低い熱伝導率のセ
ラミツク材料により構成したことを特徴とする高
温圧縮装置。 (2) 前記炭化珪素質押圧治具の他の押圧治具を
構成する材料としては、Si3N4,ZrO2あ
るいはAl2O3のいずれか一種であることを特
