Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 台上に載置した試料を加熱しながら、支持
台にて支持した押圧治具によつて押圧することに
より、前記試料の強度や疲労試験等を行なう高温
圧縮装置において、 前記押圧治具を前記支持台の押圧方向と直交す
る面にて複数に分割し、この分割した押圧治具の
内前記試料に接触する部分を炭化珪素の緻密体に
より構成するとともに、この炭化珪素質押圧治具
の他の押圧治具を炭化珪素より低い熱伝導率のセ
ラミツク材料により構成したことを特徴とする高
温圧縮装置。 (2) 前記炭化珪素質押圧治具の他の押圧治具を
構成する材料としては、Ｓｉ３Ｎ４，ＺｒＯ２あ
るいはＡｌ２Ｏ３のいずれか一種であることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
高温圧縮装置。
