Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a total recognizing time and to improve the efficiency of processing by providing the titled device with an image input control circuit, etc., and outputting sequentially inputted image information data to an inspecting circuit without waiting an end flag of image data input processing. CONSTITUTION:The correction of uneven light quantity of an object 18 to be inspected and conversion to a digital image data are executed through an image pickup device 11, an uneven light quantity correcting circuit 12 and an image input circuit 13 and the data are inputted to an image memory 14. The memory 14 is constituted of an image input bus switching circuit 14a, an image memory cell 14b, an inspection bus switching circuit 14c, and an image input control circuit 14d and the image of the object 18 is inspected by an inspecting circuit 15 by using data in the memory 14. In this case, an image input signal for writing image data in an image memory cell and a signal for reading out retrieving data from the image memory cell are selected through the circuit 14d of the memory 14. Since the sequentially inputted image information data are outputted to the circuit 15 without waiting the end flag of image data input processing, the total recognizing time can be shortened and the efficiency of processing can be improved.
