CONSTITUTION:A superconductive layer 1a is formed on the surface of a base 2 by CVD method, while a superconductive layer 1b on the layer 1a with this as growth nucleus by MBE method, and further a superconductive layer 1c is formed on the layer 1b by the CVD method. The obtained oxide superconductor 1 is used of the type A-B-C-D, where A represents one or more of group IIIa elements on the Periodic Table such as Y, Sc, La, Yb, Er, Ho, Dy, etc., B one or more of group IIa elements such as Sr, Ba, Ca, etc., C copper or two or more incl. Cu among group Ib elements such as Cu, Ag, Au, and D oxygen or two or more incl. O among group VIb elements such as O, S, Se, etc., and group VII elements such as F, Cl, Br, etc.
