Abstract
PURPOSE:To adjust the phase of a reproduced clock by changing the bias voltage of a low pass filter in a phase synchronization circuit. CONSTITUTION:A phase control circuit 5 raises the voltage of a bias signal B to be outputted to the low pas filter 2, when it receives a phase lead signal S1 from a phase decision circuit 4, and lowers the voltage of the bias signal B when it receives a phase lag signal S2. Since the phase synchronization circuit 8 operates so that a clock CK1 synchronizes with an input digital data signal even if the bias signal B of the low pass filter 2 is changed, the frequency of the clock CK1 does not change. Thus, the phase of the clock CK1 can be adjusted.
