By fitting this sheet material on a road surface of a road, a park, a parking space or the like, or on a floor surface or a wall of a structure or the like, the surface can be decorated and neither peeling nor bulging of a decorative layer is brought about even when water being present between the road surface and the sheet material generates vapor with a rise in temperature.
