Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a battery from shortcircuiting generated by a metallic luster layer by narrowing the width of an inner side film or making the width of a metallic luster layer narrower than that of a film when the inner side plastic film with a metallic luster layer is laminated on the inner surface of an outer side film of heat-shrinkable plastic. CONSTITUTION:An inner side film roll 61 to supply an inner side film and an outer side film roll 62 to supply an outer side film are provided. Films are supplied from said rolls on a line, and the whole of one surface of the inner side film is metallically deposited by a metallic deposition device 63, and then the inner side film is cut narrower than the width of the outer side film by a suitable knife 64. On the other hand, picture patterns are printed with suitable ink on the surface of the outer side film by a roll 65, and respective films are guided to a lamination roll 66 by nip rolls and bonding the inner side film and the outer side film with a bonding agent or the like. A laminated film thus manufactured is put in a storage roll 67 on the downstream side. A whiten ing prevention primer coating device can be installed on the upstream side of the metallic deposition device 63.
