Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve safety for workers and consumers and reduce the manufacturing cost by providing a first aluminum foil, paper, a second aluminum foil and a heat seal layer from an outmost layer inwardly in order. CONSTITUTION:An outmost layer 1 of an aluminum lamination cap material has a thickness of 7mum or more for the purpose of application and printing process. If, however, the thickness is too much, the material is in lack of repulsion force and feeling and the manufacturing cost gets higher, and the proper upper limit is 20mum. On the other hand, it is necessary that an aluminum foil of an intermediate layer 3 should have the thickness of 9-40mum from the viewpoint of dead folding properties and retaining a heat seal layer when enclosed. The material of a paper layer 2 is desirably of little extensibility generated by water content from the viewpoints of retaining rigidity of the whole cap material and preventing of deformation or molding retrogradiation generated by humidity or water content after molding, and, for instance, polyethylene mixed paper, polypropylene mixed paper or the like is used. The basic weight of paper is 30-100g/m<2>. For a heat seal layer 4, the materials such as a hot- melt groups bonding agent, a solvent groups heat seal agent and the like can be used.
