の掃除機本体と、この掃除機本体を着脱自在に嵌
合する嵌合部を有しこの嵌合部の一端に前記掃除
機本体の吸込口に嵌合接続される延長管を接続す
るとともにこの嵌合部の他端に前記掃除機本体の
係止部に係脱自在に係合される係合体を設けかつ
後部に把手を有し前記延長管の先端に吸込口体を
接続する支持体とを備え、 前記支持体の嵌合部に嵌合された掃除機本体の
吸込口を前記延長管に嵌合接続するとともに係止
部に前記係合体を係脱自在に係止して前記支持体
の嵌合部に掃除機本体を着脱自在に取付け可能と
し、 前記電動送風機は一対のステータコイルにそれ
ぞれ中間タツプを有するとともにこの一対のステ
ータコイルの両端間に印加される交流電源および
前記一対のステータコイルの各中間タツプ間に印
加される電池のいずれでも駆動する電動送風機と
し、 前記掃除機本体に前記電池を設けるとともにこ
の掃除機本体に前記電動送風機の一対のステータ
コイルの両端間の高出力回路と前記一対のステー
タコイルの各中間タツプ間の低出力回路とを切替
え開閉する第1の切替スイツチを設け、 前記支持体にその嵌合部に前記掃除機本体を嵌
合したとき前記電動送風機の高出力回路に接続さ
れる交流電源回路を設け、 前記掃除機本体を前記支持体の嵌合部から外し
たとき前記電動送風機の各ステータコイルの中間
タツプ間の低出力回路に前記電池の両極間を接続
するとともに前記掃除機本体を前記支持体の嵌合
部に嵌合したとき前記電動送風機の低出力回路と
前記電池との接続を開放する第2の切替スイツチ
を設けたことを特徴とする電気掃除機。
