CONSTITUTION:Switches S1m-Snm are selectively provided on intersections between output terminal lines and input terminal lines, and output signals of output terminals Q11-Q1n are transmitted to input terminals I11-I1m by operations of switches S1m-Snm. Input buffers 251-25m are connected to input terminals I11-I1m, and pull-down elements 261-26m where one of them is connected between input terminals I11-I1m and input buffers 251-25m and the other side is earthed are arranged, and signals inputted to input terminals I11-I1m are outputted to input buffers 251-25m to form signals B1-Bm, and they are internal signals of an integrated circuit element 201.
