Abstract
PURPOSE: To make this device small in its size and small in its cost by controlling high-frequency heating power by such a controlling means that a cutoff bias is applied every arbitrary period to a grid in a vacuum tube for oscillation.

Average high-frequency output can be set arbitrarily by changing a duty factor of the oscillation in the vacuum tube 24 in this way. This composition makes it needless to mount tie-transformer even if a power voltage becomes high.
