Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The powder material composed of metal or alloy and the material produced by melting composed of metal or alloy are joined and forged to compact and formed to a complex green compact and sintered. Then, before joining them, on the joining surface of the material produced by melting, the film composed of Ni, Cu or these alloy is formed beforehand and the film thickness is adjusted to 1-20mum, desirably about 3-5mum. By this method, the complex sintered compact drastically improving the joining strength of the powder material with the material produced by malting is obtd.
